We can ship your individual orders directly to your customers as if the order came directly from you, and we do not contact your customers. We bill you at wholesale prices which are 40-50% less expensive than retail prices and we also have a per order charge of $2.50 ($1.50 for qualified customers). There is no minimum order size for drop ship orders.
If you want larger price discounts, check out our wholesale program where the orders are shipped directly to you rather than to your customers.
You can shop to see our products, but to add money to your account and place an order you need to register for an account.
To place a dropship order, log in, click on "Drop Ship" and then click on "Upload Orders". You can upload orders manually one at a time or upload batches.
Packing slip and labels on the box
The packing slip that goes in the box to your customers can be customized.
The uncustomized packing slip says:

http://www.ordersupport.com and type in the Cust. Ref number on this packing slip. Save your product packaging as it is required for returning merchandise.
You can customize what customers see when they go to www.ordersupport.com.
To customize what your customers see after they submit their invoice number at ordersupport.com, Log in and go to "My Account". On the "My Account" page there is a space at the bottom of the page where you can design what your customers will see after they type in their invoice number at ordersupport.com.
If you do not customize, they will see your contact info that you submitted to us.
If you want to customize the text on the packing slip itself, let us know.
The outside of the shipping box has a generic label from "Shipping Department".
